- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after production (additional fees apply).
- Local Pickup: Customers in the Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, and Finger Lakes areas may arrange for local pickup at our facility. Contact us to schedule.
Production and Processing Times
- All custom products require a production lead time of 20-40 business days.
- Once production is complete, items are shipped based on the selected shipping method.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Local pickup is free of charge.
Shipping Locations
- We ship domestically within the United States.
- International shipping is not currently available.
Packaging
We take great care to package all metal products securely to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
- For lost or delayed shipments, please contact us with your tracking number so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or an error was made on our end.
